Porter Pickard heads the cast of a staged reading of A Place In The Woods, a new play by Erik Gernand.

Shaun (Porter Pickard) returns to his hometown with his son Alex (Stephan Amenta) to attend to his ailing mother Linda (Polly Adams). As he navigates his mother's illness, tries to reconnect with Alex and gets honest with his prom date Cherry (Julia Ryan) he uncovers a long held secret about his brother Brady (Alex Correia) which finally reveals the truth about a terrible tragedy.
